About the citypass : All sales are final and attract 100% cancellation penalties. Ticket Collection: Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive access to your voucher documentation which must be printed. Your ticket will be held at the VIP / Group Sales window, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Empire State Building. You will be required to present your printed voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your ticket.
